Prevention Programs

Hispanic Alcohol and Drug Program

This program provides prevention and education services working with schools, churches, correctional institutions and probation departments in areas where the Hispanic/Latino population resides.

Project Latino and the Niños Program

Works with the Cleveland Municipal Public Schools in the bilingual classrooms to provide substance abuse, primary prevention and education to Hispanic/Latino children, their families, and their teachers.

Project Mejora

Is a mentor/mentee program targeting adolescents at risk of dropping out of school while at the same time encouraging them to fulfill or exceed academic requirements, and to avoid alcohol, tobacco, and other drug.

Kid's First Program

Works with the Cleveland Municipal Schools in the bilingual classrooms to provide awareness, education/prevention on the subject of child abuse/child neglect to Hispanic/Latino children, their families and their teachers.
